About
Led by artist and facilitator D’Andra D’Artiste, D’Artiste Studio brings creativity and wellbeing together through inclusive, person-centred art programmes. Our Creative Wellbeing sessions use visual art as a practical way to build confidence, reduce stress, and support emotional health.
We deliver structured sessions for adults, carers, and community groups — in person and online. Each workshop offers a calm, supportive space where participants can express themselves, connect with others, and rediscover the joy of creating.
Our Approach
Expression
Using art to explore thoughts, emotions, and personal stories in a calm, supported setting.
Connection
Creating a sense of belonging and shared experience through group creativity.
Growth
Building confidence and self-esteem by celebrating process over perfection and creative progress over time.
Each programme is inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the people taking part.
