Who We Are
D’Artiste Studio is a creative organisation based in Derby and Nottinghamshire. We provide Alternative Provision for young people, Creative Wellbeing through Social Prescribing, and Community Art Clubs. Our mission is to use art as a tool to inspire confidence, re-engage learners, and improve mental health.

I believe that not everyone thrives in traditional classrooms or clinical settings. That’s why I’ve built D’Artiste Studio to be a safe, welcoming space where creativity helps people grow, connect, and succeed.
About the Founder – D’Andra D’Artiste
I founded D’Artiste Studio to create structured, creative opportunities for people who benefit from learning and connecting in different ways. With a background in Fine Art and professional experience in the healthcare sector, I’ve seen firsthand how creativity supports both wellbeing and education.

My work in the NHS and community settings gave me insight into the barriers young people and adults face — from confidence to engagement — and how art can transform those experiences. Alongside this, I continue to work as a practising artist, exhibiting my paintings internationally and exploring themes of self-expression, resilience, and emotional connection.
